At the end of a long gravel road, many miles from town lies Horse Thief creek. It is a beautiful place. It is in grizzly country. I try to visit this wonderful place every summer. This year I hope to get enough time to explore farther up the stream. I'll have to hike in. I'll need to fine another adventurous artist to come with me.
I plan on sending this painting to the Wind River Artists' Guild National Art Show next month.
