All of the artist’s prints and cards are reproduced from original paintings created by the artist.

Packing / Shipping / Insurance

All orders are shipped FOB Shanika Studio, Sedalia, Colorado.
All items will be carefully inspected, properly packaged, insured for the purchase price and shipped via UPS ground.

Returns

Customer must obtain authorization from Shanika Studio prior to returning item(s). The customer pays for packing, insurance for the full retail amount and shipping both ways. Artwork that is returned in original undamaged condition will be accepted and a refund of 100% of the artwork’s retail price will be refunded less total shipping charges. No returns after 30 days from the invoice date.

Damages

The artwork is shipped FOB Shanika Studio. The customer must contact the shipper in the event of damage occurring during shipping. All items are insured. Claims are processed through UPS or the actual shipper.
